One plan. Every skill you need.
Need email marketing AND social media management? Those are usually two different skill sets, and with most agencies that means hiring two people or settling for one person stretched thin.
Not here. That's the "alliance" part of our name. On Growth and above, your monthly hours can be split across more than one specialist CVA. One plan, one invoice, and the right expert on each part of your business.
You can adjust how your hours are split at the start of any month. Each specialist just needs at least 10 hours a month: enough time to actually know your business and do work you'll be proud of.
The fine print, in plain English
Most agencies bury this stuff in a contract. We'd rather you know before you sign up.
Your hours are a monthly allocation.
"Up to 40 hours" means up to 40 hours that month. Hours don't roll over, so a fresh allocation starts every month. (If you commit to an annual plan, we let up to 20% roll forward one month as a thank-you.)
If you go over, we'll tell you first.
You'll get a heads-up when you've used 80% of your hours, and again at 100%. Nothing extra is ever billed without you knowing.
Extra hours are $40/hour.
If you go past your plan, additional hours are billed at a flat $40/hour with a full time log. No surprises on your invoice, ever.
If you keep going over, we won't just keep charging you.
If you're regularly using more than your plan, we'll recommend moving up a tier or to a dedicated CVA, because that's cheaper for you than stacking overage hours. We'd rather right-size your plan than profit from a mismatch.
Specialist work is confirmed in advance.
Everyday support (inbox, calendar, CRM upkeep, scheduling, follow-ups, reporting) is included in every plan. Bigger specialist projects like a full CRM buildout, bookkeeping, or design work get scoped and confirmed with you before anyone starts.
Life happens. You can pause.
Every client can pause their plan for up to 30 days once every 6 months, free.
